Elicia C. de Vera, or also known as Ixa, is a 20-year old Filipina living in Metro Manila, Philippines. She graduated from the Assumption College San Lorenzo, Makati with a degree on Management major in International Business.
She is a makeup enthusiast, which she rediscovered when she entered college. Ixa used to play with her mother's makeup when she was little. She enjoys playing with colors in her face. Moreover, she loves inventing and (re)creating things, such us beauty DIYs.
In her free time, she searches and discovers how-to makeup and other related stuff in the internet. When she discovers something that is worth it, she tries it, tweak it to make it better and shares it to the her blog or in her YouTube channel.
She is now a full time Financial Advisor at Pru Life UK and at the same time a freelance professional makeup artist.
