March 2014 Beauty Picks ♥

My favorite part of the month came. Today I will share with you my favorite beauty products for the month of March 2014. If you haven't watched my video about this, here it is:

1. Skin Food Green Tea Milk Cleansing Foam (Fresh)
I do have sensitive and dry skin, so my skin is picky when it comes to facial cleanser. When I use different cleanser it tends to leave dry patches so I always go back to Celeteque Hydration facial wash. I tried this cleansing foam from Skin Food and my skin loves it a lot. It cleanse my face very well - can remove makeup on my face. Also, it doesn't break me out, makes my skin feel super soft and smooth, and still hydrates my skin.

2. San San HD Foundation in Olive
Available in 3 shades: Natural, Beige & Olive
Price: PHP 195

I just gave this another chance since the first time few times I used this, I don't really love it. Then I used this again when I film videos and this works great. It is medium to heavy coverage, but it isn't that heavy like the San San Matte Finish Foundation. Almost the same smell with it but somewhat lighter, and that doesn't bother me. This foundation is in yellow undertone that suits Pinay skin tone. Plus it extenuate my dry patches and pores.

3. Fashion21 Loose Powder in #1
Price: PHP 175

I was in a hunt for an affordable loose powder and when I went to a workshop, the trainer recommended this. I gave this a try and now I love it. It is also in yellow undertone and it suits my skin tone. This makes my skin look flawless without looking cakey.

4. Careline Oil Control Blush On in Rosy Cheek
PHP 80

I loved my other Careline blush on so I tried another shade, and it didn't disappoint me. This has microshimmers but it didn't bother me; I hate shimmery makeup. The longevity of it is great. not like the peachy glow blush. It makes my cheeks rosy (as it's name) and glowing.

5. Wet 'n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection Take On The Day Eyeshadow Primer

The best eyeshadow primer I have ever tried. I have a somewhat oily eye lids and made my lids matte. It also made any eyeshadow that I put on vibrant and helps it stick on to my lids the whole day. The only bad thing is that it isn't available in the local Wet 'n Wild counters, but still I do recommend this to people like me that have oily lids.

6. L'Oreal Color Riche Lipstick in Rose Bud

I recently won L'Oreal Philippines' Color Riche Pout contest and they gave me 3 color riche lipsticks. This one is my favorite out of the 3. I am in love with purple lipstick as of the moment and this has great pigmentation and formula. It doesn't make my lips look chapped even though I have dry lips, but it moisturizes it. The only downside of it is the longevity. It is only good for about 3 to 4 hours and when you eat, it's gone. Touching up is a must for this product, but nonetheless I love it as much as it's elegant packaging.

7. Virginia Olsen Sculpting Brush
Price: PHP 450

Contouring is my favorite part of applying my make up, and I never knew how easy contouring is until this came. This brush is super dense and short that makes contouring easy as 1, 2, 3. I cannot say more about this brush but I do recommend this to everyone who is a beginner in contouring.

8. Bobbie Basic Special Quick Dry
Price: PHP 41.50

I am no nail polish type of girl but I am fund of applying nail polishes now. I did hate waiting for the polish to dry since I am clumsy when it comes to it and tend to ruin the polish before it dries. This product made it faster to dry and set. It is a bit oily but that doesn't bother me since it will only take up 3 to 5 minutes to make the polish dry.

Hey beautiful, if you know an amazing lip exfoliator and moisturizer, please do comment it down below. I badly need it and I hate my chapped and dry lips. THANK YOU, Loves! ♥
